Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on twicsyfollowers.com (the "store"), operated under the trading name twicsy followers ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Privacy policy and to our Refund policy. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

1. What we sell

The store sells social-media growth services: followers, likes and views for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, delivered to the public username or link you enter, and Snapchat accounts that carry a Snapscore, delivered by email. Each service page states what you must enter, the package sizes and the price.

2. Independence from the platforms

twicsy followers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Snapchat. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to say which platform a service is for.

3. Platform rules and your risk

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat prohibit artificial engagement and the resale of accounts. Buying followers, likes, views or an account breaches their terms. A platform may remove what was delivered, limit an account's reach, suspend or close the account, and we cannot prevent or reverse such a decision. You accept this risk when you order. We promise nothing beyond the delivery of the quantity ordered: no reach, engagement, sales, retention of the numbers over time, or eligibility for a monetisation programme.

4. Who may order

You must be of legal age in your country to enter into a contract, and you must own the account or post you order for or have the owner's permission. Ordering for someone else's account without their consent, or in order to harm, harass or deceive, is not allowed; we may cancel such orders and refund them.

5. What you give us, and what you never give

An order needs only a public username, a link to a post, video, page or channel, or, for a Snapchat account, an email address. We never ask for a password, a login or a verification code, and you must not share one with anyone who claims to act for us. Keep the account public and the handle unchanged until the order is complete: an order is tied to what you entered, and a wrong, private or renamed target is your responsibility.

6. Prices and payment

Prices on this store are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order. Payment is collected at checkout by the payment processor shown there, on its own page; your card details never reach this store. An order is accepted only once payment is confirmed. If no payment method is offered at checkout, an order cannot be completed. We may refuse or cancel an order that we cannot deliver, that breaches these terms or that looks fraudulent; a cancelled order that was not delivered is refunded.

7. Delivery

We do not promise a delivery time, and none is stated on the service pages. After payment you land on an order page that shows the status recorded for your order; that page and the email address you entered are how you follow the order. Snapchat accounts are sent as account details to the email address you entered. Where delivery fails or is incomplete, the Refund policy applies.

8. Cancellations and refunds

The Refund policy sets out when an order can be cancelled or refunded, including your statutory withdrawal rights as a consumer. By placing an order you ask us to begin delivery straight away.

9. Support

Support is reached through the contact page or the WhatsApp link shown on the site. We answer during our support hours; support is not available at all hours and no reply time is promised.

10. Our liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for actions a platform takes against your account, for lost reach, income or opportunities, or for problems caused by a wrong or private target. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

11. Content of this site

The text, design and images of this store belong to us or are used with permission, except platform names and logos, which belong to their owners. You may not copy the store or send automated traffic to it.
