Privacy policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This policy explains what personal data twicsyfollowers.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The store is operated under the trading name twicsy followers ("we"). Last updated: 16 October 2026.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your email address, first name, last name (optional) and country.
- The public username or link you order for, or, for a Snapchat account, the email address the account details are sent to.
- The service, package and price, the order number and status, and a promo code if you used one.
- Technical details attached to the order: the page you arrived on, the referring site, campaign tags in the URL and a session identifier.
When you contact us
What you write in the contact form or on WhatsApp, with the email address or phone number you use. WhatsApp is a Meta service; messages sent there are also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy.
When you browse
- Our own analytics record the page path, page title, referring site, screen size and browser language of each page view, together with a random visitor identifier (see Cookies). They run on our own servers; no third-party analytics service is used on this store.
- The servers that run the store, and the network provider in front of them (Cloudflare), receive your IP address and browser details with every request, as with any website. The IP address is used to derive your country and to protect the site.
Cookies and storage in your browser
- _sp_vid: a random visitor identifier for our own analytics, kept for up to 400 days; a copy is kept in your browser's local storage.
- geo_country: the country derived from your connection, kept for 24 hours and used to preselect the country at checkout.
- Local and session storage: your cart, the email address you typed at checkout (so you do not retype it), a promo code and your light or dark appearance choice. These stay in your browser and reach us only as part of an order.
No advertising or social-media tag is loaded on this store: no Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok or Pinterest pixel. That is why there is no cookie banner. If we add such a tag later, this page will be updated first.
Why we use the data
- To deliver the order to the username, link or email address you entered and to show you its status.
- To take payment and keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.
- To answer your messages.
- To understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives data
- Payment processor. To take payment, the checkout passes your email address, name, country and the ordered items with their prices to the payment processor shown at checkout. The username, link or delivery email you ordered for stays on this store and is not sent to the payment processor. Your card details are entered on the processor's own page and never reach us.
- Hosting and network. The servers that run the store and Cloudflare, which sits in front of them.
- Delivery. The public username or link you entered is used to carry out the delivery you ordered.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the order and any support about it need them, and then for as long as accounting law requires. Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Analytics records are kept on our own servers; the visitor identifier expires after 400 days.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing through the contact page from the email address you used. Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
Children
The store is not intended for anyone below the legal age to enter into a contract in their country, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when the data we collect changes. Questions about privacy go through the contact page.
