How it works: a step-by-step guide to ordering

Last updated October 9, 2026

Ordering takes six steps: choose a platform, pick a service, select a package, enter your public username, post link or email, pay, then follow the order on your order page. You never share a password. Below is what to prepare, what each service asks for and what to expect afterwards.

How does ordering work, step by step?

The whole flow runs in the browser and follows the same order for every platform. If you want to look at everything on offer first, the full list of services groups them by platform.

    • Choose a platform. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or Snapchat.
    • Choose a service. For example Instagram followers, TikTok followers, YouTube subscribers or Facebook followers. Each platform also has likes and views.
    • Select a package. Packages differ by quantity, and the price is shown in the store currency before you commit.
    • Enter your username or link. Profile services need a public username or profile link. Likes and views need the link to the specific post or video. Snapscore accounts need an email address only.
    • Pay. You complete payment at checkout. Check the amount and the link once more before confirming.
    • Open your order page. After payment you land on an order page that shows the status we have recorded for your order.

What should I prepare before I order?

Most problems come from a wrong link, not from the service itself. Spend two minutes on this checklist first.

    • Make the account public. A private profile cannot be reached by a username alone, so keep it public until your order is complete.
    • Copy the exact username or link. On Instagram and TikTok it is your handle, written without extra spaces. On YouTube it is the channel link, and on Facebook it is the link to your page or profile. For a single post or video, open it and use the share option to copy its link.
    • Do not change your handle mid-order. Renaming or switching to private afterwards can leave the order with nothing to find.
    • Keep an email address you can open. It matters most for Snapscore accounts, which are sent by email.

The table shows which input each type of service needs.

No service asks for your password. If any page or message asks you for one, stop and write to us through the contact page. Our short piece on why you never need to hand over a password explains the reasoning.

What happens after I pay?

Payment sends you to your order page, which shows the status recorded for the order. That page is the place to check, so keep it open or save the link. We do not set a fixed delivery time, and results on the platform can take a while to show up, so a profile that looks unchanged a few minutes later is not necessarily a problem.

If the order page still shows nothing after a reasonable wait, first re-check that the account is public and the link matches what you entered. Then contact support with your order details. Changes that differ between a follower count and what you see in the app are covered in our checklist of things to verify before buying.

What should I know about platform rules and risks?

This is the part most sellers skip, so here it is plainly. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat prohibit artificial engagement, and they prohibit buying or reselling accounts. The platforms can remove added followers, restrict reach or act on an account, and the account owner carries that risk, not us. Counts can also drop later without any change on your side.

Ordering does not replace good content either. It will not by itself make people watch, comment or buy, and it is not a route to monetisation. For a fuller explanation, read whether buying followers is allowed. If you would rather grow without any of that risk, our guide to growing Instagram followers organically is a good start.

How are Snapscore accounts different?

A Snapchat account with Snapscore is not an add-on to your profile. It is a separate account. You enter an email address only, with no username and no link. After payment, the merchant sends the account details to that email. There is no fixed delivery time for these, so check the order page and your inbox, including the spam folder. The details are laid out in how Snapscore accounts are delivered by email. The platform's rules on account resale still apply, and the risk is yours.

How do I get help with an order?

Start with the FAQ page, which answers the common questions on links, delivery and platform rules. For anything specific to your order, write through the contact form or message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 74 02 33 33. Replies come during support hours, so include your order details and the username or link you used, which saves a round of questions. For refund terms, see the refund policy page. Frequently asked questions

Which link do I paste if I want likes on one post?

Open the post, use its share option and copy the link, then paste it exactly as copied. A profile link will not point the order at the post you want.

Can I order for someone else's account?

You can enter any public username or link, but only order for accounts you own or manage. If the owner is not you, tell them first, because the risks described above fall on them.

What if I typed the wrong username?

Contact support through the contact form or WhatsApp straight away with your order details. The sooner you write, the more options there are.

Does the post or video have to be public too?

Yes. An order for likes or views points at a link, and a link that cannot be opened by anyone cannot be reached. Keep the post visible until the order is complete.

Is a bigger package always the better choice?

No. Pick the quantity that fits your goals, check the price in the store currency, and keep in mind that the platform may remove added followers.
